Giovanni Ramirez Could Be Released From Jail Following Today's Parole Hearing

At issue is if Ramirez violated the terms of his parole. "Police say they found a gun in the laundry basket in the house where he was arrested," according to ABC7 . However, if there is not enough evidence presented to prove the violation, he could be released.

Should Ramirez be released, the LAPD may quickly re-arrest him, provided they have adequate evidence to link him to the Stow beating, which they have yet to procure.
